If you vote me to be your representative, you will get a trustworthy, hard working, listening and a fact-oriented representative. I want to foster equality of all people, enhance the possibilities of everyone to be part of the society, improve people’s wellbeing and of course: protect the nature, environment and animal welfare.

What I stand for?

  • Protecting environment
    • keep the amount of vegetarian food increasing in Jyväskylä’s own food services
    • taking care of the cycling routes, skiing tracks and walking paths
    • encouraging to produce waste as little as possible and recycle as well as possible
    • developing public transportation
    • maintaining local forest areas
    • protecting the forests
    • preserving the diversity of our nature
  • Taking care of children and families
    • support and help for families needs to be available when needed
    • the amount of children per employee in daycare and in schools must be kept in reasonable level
    • having the possibility for a child to have a hobby must not be dependent of the salary level of his/her parents
  • Taking care of the elderly
    • Loneliness needs to be actively prevented
    • When an elderly person needs help to home, it have to be easy to get
    • When an elderly cannot anymore live in her/his own home, a well resourced senior apartment has to be available for anyone needing it 
  • Animal-friendliness
    • quality needs to be an important factor in the services for animals
    • adequate animal welfare inspections
    • favoring local production facilities when buying food for city’s own food services
    • supporting also services for dogs and dog-owners
  • Smart technology
    • new digital health care services need to be actively taken into use
    • usability needs to have higher value in procurements of new information systems
    • street lighting and other urban technology needs to be used and developed with intelligent, adaptive solutions also in the future
    • Let’s support providing open data also in future
  • Smart and fair business policy
    • services for entrepreneurship as keeping our business growing and getting new business is the key to keep also the public services in good level
    • active discussions of bringing or starting new companies to/in Jyväskylä
    • encouraging recruitment consultancy services
